Free shipping

Shipping is free with no minimum spend to every destination available at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier or customs delays can occur.

Your parcel

We email shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Any taxes or duties collected by this store are shown at checkout. Additional import charges may be payable to local authorities where applicable.

Optional order perks

Priority Processing (£3) places your order ahead of standard orders in our preparation queue. It is not express shipping and does not change our delivery estimate. It is included free with a two-projector or four-projector bundle.

Shipping Protection (£4) is our additional replacement or refund promise if a parcel is lost or a projector is damaged in transit. Contact us with your order number; we may request photographs of transit damage. It is included free with a four-projector bundle. One of each service per order.

These are seller-funded service promises, not insurance. Your statutory rights and our ordinary delivery responsibilities apply whether or not you choose these extras.
