Refund policy

Returns and cancellations

Contact us within 14 days after delivery to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Contact us before returning anything for the correct return instructions and address. Do not send a parcel to the correspondence address without first contacting us. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. For cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Our standard outward shipping is free. Your bank may need additional time to display the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Optional order perks

Priority Processing (£3) places your order ahead of standard orders in our preparation queue. It is not express shipping and does not change our delivery estimate. It is included free with a two-projector or four-projector bundle.

Shipping Protection (£4) is our additional replacement or refund promise if a parcel is lost or a projector is damaged in transit. Contact us with your order number; we may request photographs of transit damage. It is included free with a four-projector bundle. One of each service per order.

These are seller-funded service promises, not insurance. Your statutory rights and our ordinary delivery responsibilities apply whether or not you choose these extras.
